Working with individuals, groups, small business and the nonprofit world, John is consistently making sense of a rapidly changing world - learning from this new generation, he inspires and enables innovators to recognize the shifts, recreate their life blueprints and win in the new marketspaces and their chosen life styles.
As a Change Consultant and Strategic Life & Lifestyle Coach, John has a passion for helping others discover who they really are, what they truly want and what is right for them by helping them to shed the historical blueprints. As a protagonist for change, he promotes an open minded approach to life, love and sex as well as business, recreating the ‘blueprint’ thereby helping people to both respect and accept themselves as they are and others, as they are.
John grew up in New Zealand; and after furthering his education in South Africa and the USA went to work in IBM in business systems, sales and marketing eventually becoming a senior executive in a very competitive and changing world. He later consulted with major international clients through to small community non-profits helping them to become more profitable, more effective and do more good. He actively encourages leaders to take a more customer perspective and to develop and implement more inspired and sustainable strategies through learning from different types of experiences.
Taking a university teaching and business sabbatical and furthering his passion, John sang Opera on many of the major world stages.
He is the author of a number of books and published articles as well as being an award-winning poet.
From Wellington, New Zealand to Sydney, Australia; from Karlsruhe, Germany to Raleigh, North Carolina, John has traveled extensively to instruct and inspire; to educate and entertain; to teach and train. Having worked on four continents, John’s experience and knowledge takes on a global perspective.
He has been an invited speaker in New Zealand, Australia as well as the USA and is in demand as an advisor/coach, national speaker and workshop leader.
Through experience on the sidewalk and his personal life, John has demonstrated a unique ability to understand, lead, counsel and inspire people from all generations - and on any kind of stage!

With qualifications in international business and education and a professional background in real estate development, small business management, non-profit foundations and tertiary education Janice started her adult life as an Elementary School Teacher, Mother, and Sports Coach.
She later taught as an adjunct professor in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
As the Milligan’s relocated internationally Janice worked, studied, lectured and taught in New Zealand, Malaysia, Germany before returning to the USA in 2004.
Always involved in fashion design, as well as her involvement in Buzz About Life, Janice now heads up Tumbling Walls Fashion www.tumbling-walls.com designing, manufacturing and marketing designer elegant Loungewear and Resortwear.
Janice has not only taken an active interest in and been an activist for women’s affairs and the role of women in society today, she has studied, counseled, coached and participated in all aspects of the feminine-wisdom approach to relationships. Additionally Janice is a Reiki Master and active Reiki practitioner.
Janice is a firm believer that education at every age is at the core of what advances society and is committed to the unfolding of fulfillment in women and men through education as a vital component for joyful living. "I am attracted to working with sacred energy and sexuality because together energy and sexuality form the power that creates life itself.
